			<description><![CDATA[ hello.  i am curious about the ratio of great:good:decent:terrible screenplays that come in?  i imagine it varies annually.  since all screenplays are read, could (hypothetically) #397 out of 4041 sumbissions potentially be considered by a &quot;scout/judge/reader&quot; even if it finishes nowhere near the top? ]]></description>
